This policy explains what information Yuma Pool Pros collects when you use this website, how it is used, how it is protected, and the narrow circumstances in which it is shared. Yuma Pool Pros is a local research and referral resource for pool owners in Yuma, Arizona and nearby communities — when you send a service request through this site, we pass it to an independent local pool company suited to the work so that company can contact you directly.

Information we collect

Information you submit. When you use the quote-request form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, the city or area the pool is in, the kind of service needed, and anything you add in the message field.

SMS opt-in data. If you check the optional text-message consent box, we also record that consent: the fact that you opted in, the phone number it applies to, the wording of the consent you agreed to, and the date and time you gave it. Checking that box is not required to submit a request.

Call data. Phone calls placed to a number published on this site may be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping, and a disclosure to that effect is played at the start of any recorded call. Arizona permits recording with one party's consent; we disclose anyway.

Usage data. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information when you visit — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type — through the analytics tools described below.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to route your service request to a matching independent local pool company, to follow up on that request (by phone, and by text message only if you opted in), to keep records of consent, and to understand how the site is used so its research content can be improved. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing lists.

SMS opt-in data is never sold or shared for marketing

SMS opt-in and consent information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is shared only with the specific independent pool company matched to your request, and only so that company can fulfill the request you sent — that is the single purpose for which it leaves our systems. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or obtained by, any other party.

When information is shared

• The matched provider. Your request details (name, phone number, area, and what the pool needs) go to the one independent local pool company matched to the job, so it can contact you. That company is an independent business, not our agent, and its use of your information after you engage it is governed by its own practices.
• Service vendors. We use ordinary business software to operate the site, store form submissions, route calls and messages, and measure site traffic. These vendors process information on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or a lawful request by a public authority.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which links are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser to do this. You can limit or block cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to read this site or submit a request.

Data security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted in transit, and submitted information is stored in access-controlled systems limited to the people and software that need it to route and follow up on requests. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the kind of information handled — contact details and service requests, not financial or health records.

Your rights and choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out stops future texts; it does not delete your request.
• Access, correction, deletion: you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time; we honor deletion requests except where a record (such as proof of consent) must be retained for legal compliance.
• Cookies: manage or clear them in your browser at any time, as described above.

Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information here, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Material changes to how SMS opt-in data is handled would require fresh consent, not just a quiet edit here.
